Kirsty has 6 years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and 11 years' experience working in NSW Public Schools as a teacher across mainstream and special needs environments. Kirsty has experience supporting individuals of all ages with complex behaviours that require the support of multidisciplinary teams and the provision of intensive positive behaviour support intervention. Kristy has extensive experience in the area of restricted practices and writing both Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans which meet all NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements. Kirsty is passionate about finding strategies that promote capacity building, setting and achieving client goals and that lead to a greater level of independence and an improved quality of life.
