Lauren brings extensive experience across disability employment, NDIS , return to work, and community services sectors. She has held leadership and service delivery roles supporting people with disability, mental health challenges, injuries and complex barriers to employment, with experience developing customised inclusive employment pathways, including NDIS Finding and Keeping a Job supports. Lauren is passionate about strengths-based, person-centred practice and working collaboratively with participants, employers, families and community networks to create meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Her qualifications in community services, mental health, crisis response, suicide intervention and domestic violence complement her practical experience and commitment to inclusion.
