Lauren is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in Social Work and extensive clinical experience across diverse settings. Lauren has worked in acute hospital environments, disability, family and child services, and mental health, giving her a broad and practical understanding of individual circumstances and lived experiences. Lauren also holds a Certificate IV in Youth Work, and brings a person‑centred, strengths‑based approach to supporting individuals and families. Lauren prioritises building trusting relationships with clients, carers, and their support teams.
