About Me
Madison is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner at ORS based in Maitland. She has completed a Bachelor in Psychological Science at the Australian Catholic University. She has volunteer experience caring for older clients within aged care facilities and worked within the St Vincent Depauls Better Access Mapping Program for people with disabilities. Madison believes that a person-centred approach and building rapport with clients are essential to improving their quality of life. Madison is passionate about providing the best support, resources and strategies to improve clients' physical and mental well-being. She is interested in completing further studies in hopes of one day becoming a clinical psychologist herself.
