Mannie completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Trauma and has utilised these qualifications in the Out of Home Care sector for three years, working with vulnerable children and young people, as well as their families and care networks to provide therapeutic intervention, psycho-education and logistical assistance within his previous role as an Out of Home Care Case Manager. Mannie has an unwavering belief in the value of intervening and best assisting with behavioural needs, assisting in achieving the best outcomes for clients regarding their psychological and emotional well-being. Mannie is a strong advocate and practitioner in delivering relationship-based practice and utilises a holistic approach to best focus on his client's needs and well-being.
