Prior to joining ORS, Mehra gained 4 years of experience in employment services, where she supported individuals in building confidence, developing skills, and achieving meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes. Throughout her career, Mehra has worked closely with young people in care, individuals experiencing mental health challenges, and those impacted by trauma, providing person-centred support tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances and goals.
