About Me
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) and Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of New South Wales. With over five years of experience working in the early childhood space and a student placement in child protection, Natalia has worked with a diverse range of individuals. During this time, Natalia has driven positive outcomes for children with complex needs, ensuring they are supported in achieving their goals. With a keen interest in fostering inclusive environments, Natalia is particularly motivated by the opportunity to empower children and their families. She is dedicated to using person centred approaches to highlight the unique strengths and interests of those she works with. Natalia is particularly passionate about working with children with neuro disabilities to overcome any challenges they may face. Natalia is always eager to learn and enjoys undertaking research. Most recently, Natalia completed her social work thesis, which focused on the experiences of children and young people with disabilities who had dual involvement in both child protection and youth justice systems.
