About Me
Rina is an Early Childhood Education graduate with over 10 years of experience in the early childhood sector. This includes working as an educator and director in various early childhood centres, as a creche manager, and as an assistant special education primary school teacher for kindergarten. Rina also worked as an Early Childhood Early Intervention Coordinator for the NDIS, supporting families and children with developmental delays and disabilities. In this role, Rina collaborated with each family and stakeholder to create a personalised NDIS plan, allocate funding, and work with each child’s family, community, educators, and allied health professionals to assist them in achieving their goals. Rina is passionate about advocating for and supporting the families and communities of children presenting with challenging behaviours and/or disabilities. She believes a collaborative approach is essential in helping children become the best versions of themselves. Rina regularly advocates for children with developmental delays or disabilities within the Early Childhood sector by providing knowledge and support to families, educators, and childcare services. Rina hopes to share her passion for community engagement and helping families with the ORS team.
