Selina Haddad is a passionate Exercise Physiologist specialising in health, fitness, and occupational rehabilitation. After graduating from the University of New South Wales in 2023 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology, she developed expertise in using physical activity for both prevention and rehabilitation. Her dedication to helping others regain function and return to work safely drives her career in workplace rehabilitation. Currently, Selina works as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, conducting pre-employment medical, functional, and ergonomic assessments, and designing tailored return-to-work programs for employees who have been injured. Her practical experience in workplace assessments and case management enables her to identify and address recovery barriers, working closely with clients, medical practitioners, insurers, and employers to achieve optimal outcomes. With prior experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant and Exercise Physiologist in clinical settings, Selina has developed strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Her ongoing passion for occupational health inspires her commitment to injury prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring that workers return to work with confidence and resilience. Selina’s commitment to improving employee health and safety is combined with her clinical expertise and caring approach to uplift her injured workers and colleagues.
