Sophie is a qualified Occupational Therapist, having completed a Masters of OT after undertaking an undergraduate degree in psychology. She has previous experience working with paediatric clients within the community and working in an acute hospital setting. Sophie uses a person-centred approach, and tailors her interventions to suit the needs of each client, focusing on their individual strengths, interests, and goals. She is passionate about professional development and continuously developing her skillset, in addition to implementing evidence-based practice.
