We endeavour to process referrals and book appointments within 48 hours. We will attempt to call you to schedule an appointment at the earliest and most convenient time for all. If we are unable to contact you via telephone, we will email you to provide a list of suitable days and times which can be responded to, to ensure we are providing the required support as quickly as possible.
Once an appointment is confirmed, the details will be emailed to you and all other relevant stakeholders. This email will also include a short clip to explain ORS’ Service Agreement and to request any additional documentation or information required prior to the appointment. We would appreciate you keeping an eye out for this email and letting us know as early as possible if the appointment needs to be rescheduled. Please note: If an appointment is rescheduled within 48 hours or not attended, a Did Not Attend fee may apply for the duration of the scheduled appointment.
If we are unable to make contact to schedule an appointment within 20 working days, we will return this referral via email and an SMS to ensure we are making space available for other clients requiring ORS services.
