Our psychologists offer therapy, counselling and psychological assessments, including ADHD and autism assessments. You can see a psychologist for therapy and counselling under Medicare Better Access (opens in new tab) .
Our occupational therapists, speech pathologists and dietitians can see you under a Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Our dietitians can also see you under an Eating Disorder Plan.
ORS is a registered NDIS provider (National Disability Insurance Scheme). This office also offers Disability Employment Services, including Inclusive Employment Australia and NDIS Employment Supports. We welcome NDIS and privately funded referrals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the office wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There is wheelchair accessible entry, with accessible parking next to the main entrance. Our office is on Level 1, so call us before your visit if you would like us to confirm lift access. See Getting here for parking and directions.
Can I be seen at home or by Telehealth?
Yes, depending on the service and your circumstances. We can see you at our Stirling clinic, in your home, out in the community or by Telehealth, though not every service is available in every format. We will confirm what is available when you enquire.
Does ORS Stirling work with children as well as adults?
Yes. Our Stirling child psychologists work with children and teens, and our psychologists also see adults. They work alongside our behaviour support practitioners, dietitians, speech pathologists and occupational therapists. Our psychologists provide ADHD and autism assessments, and our Key Worker Early Childhood Supports service is specifically for young children.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
Not always. You do not need a referral to get in touch. Privately funded and many NDIS clients can book directly by calling 1800 000 677 or enquiring online.
For Medicare psychology sessions under Better Access, you need a mental health treatment plan (opens in new tab) and referral from your GP, or a referral from a psychiatrist or paediatrician. Medicare occupational therapy, speech pathology and dietetics sessions need a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.
Does ORS Stirling service my suburb?
We see clients across the City of Stirling and northern Perth, within about a 15 minute drive of our Stirling office. You can check the suburb list under Areas we serve. If your suburb is not listed, call 1800 000 677 or enquire online, and we will confirm whether we can help, arrange Telehealth, or connect you with your closest ORS office.
Is ORS Stirling a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. ORS is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4050000976), and registered supports are delivered from our Stirling office. You can check our registration on the NDIS Provider Register (opens in new tab) . Registration covers specific support types, so ask us which supports you need. If you are new to the NDIS, see how to check your eligibility (opens in new tab) .
ORS is not a crisis service. If you or someone you care for is in immediate danger, call 000. For 24/7 crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or see our crisis contacts.
