About ORS Wyong
Our Wyong behaviour support practitioners, speech pathologists, Key Workers and employment consultants work with children, teens and adults. We see people across the northern Central Coast, including Tuggerah, Wadalba, Kanwal, Gorokan and Lake Haven.
Our speech pathologists can see you under a Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.
ORS is a registered NDIS provider (National Disability Insurance Scheme). Our Wyong office also offers Disability Employment Services, including Inclusive Employment Australia and NDIS Employment Supports. We welcome NDIS and privately funded referrals.
Services Available at ORS Wyong
Who We Support
Depending on the service, this may include:
- Communication and swallowing
- Understanding and responding to behaviour
- Building independence and daily living skills
- Early childhood development
- Taking part at home, school and in the community
- Finding and keeping work
Where more than one service is involved, your clinicians work together around shared goals. For example, a child may see both a speech pathologist and a behaviour support practitioner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the office wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There is wheelchair accessible entry, with accessible parking at the front of the office. See Getting here for parking and public transport.
Can I be seen at home or by Telehealth?
Yes, depending on the service and your circumstances. We can see you at our Wyong clinic, in your home, out in the community or by Telehealth, though not every service is available in every format. We will confirm what is available when you enquire.
Does ORS Wyong work with children as well as adults?
Yes. Our Wyong speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners and Key Workers work with children and teens, and many of our services also see adults. Our Key Worker Early Childhood Supports service is specifically for young children. For psychology, including ADHD and autism assessments, ORS Gosford is about 22 km away.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
Not always. You do not need a referral to get in touch. Privately funded and many NDIS clients can book directly by calling 1800 000 677 or enquiring online.
Medicare speech pathology sessions need a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan from your GP.

We see clients across the northern Central Coast, within about a 24 minute drive of our Wyong office. You can check the suburb list under Areas we serve. If your suburb is not listed, call 1800 000 677 or enquire online, and we will confirm whether we can help, arrange Telehealth, or connect you with your closest ORS office.
