Carl, a highly seasoned Registered Psychologist and the Psychology Clinic Manager for all three ORS sites in Victoria, he brings with him extensive clinical and managerial expertise. He adeptly supports individuals across various age groups, encompassing children, adolescents, and adults. Employing a diverse repertoire of evidence-based interventions, Carl utilizes methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inter-Personal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Emotion Regulation. His proficiency lies in guiding clients toward their objectives at a pace that sustains their motivation and garners ongoing positive reinforcement. Carl fosters a secure and supportive environment for his clients, honing in on their strengths and empowering them to instigate enduring transformations in their lives. With a primary focus on areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, grief and loss, workplace challenges, adjustment/life transitions, as well as interpersonal and relationship issues, Carl's dedication to his clients’ well-being is paramount.
