Carrie has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and has over ten years of teaching experience in Early childhood, preschool, and primary school settings. Years of teaching experience with children from birth to 8 years of age led her to prioritise positive and respectful relationships with all people and to pride herself on being knowledgeable about child development and growth. Carrie is passionate about working collaboratively with children and their families and supporting them in developing their full potential. She devotes herself to using strength-based and evidence-based approaches to helping individuals progress and reach their learning and developmental goals.
