About Me
Cass has prior experience working as a Support Worker and is a mother of 3 (one that is neurodivergent). Cass completed her Diploma in Counselling in 2022 and is further studying in the Counselling/Psychology field. She is passionate about person-centred care that empowers clients and improves their quality of life. She brings her lived experience, learned skills, and excellent level of empathy into her role at ORS to help support those in need in achieving their goals and greater life satisfaction. Cass specialises in working with clients with complex disabilities and presentations and is passionate about working with young children. She thrives by altering her approach to clients to meet them exactly where they are at and collaborating with them and their supports to help build their skills.
