About Me
Dayna is a positive, behavioural support practitioner with a wealth of experience, supporting individuals across the lifespan, which with complex trauma and psychological disorders to find purpose and meaning in their lives. Dayna is well versed in evidence-based psychological intervention, such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based practices. She has worked as an assistant psychologist and a support worker in homeless services and has spent time facilitating psycho-educational workshops in primary schools in Ireland. She is looking forward to bringing her passion for a person-centred evidence-based practice to her role within ORS.
