Elter is a Provisional Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and independence. He has completed an Honours degree in Psychology, which involved working with young and elderly participants to understand healthy aging and motor function. Elter values working collaboratively with clients to improve their quality of life. Elter's special interests involve clinical psychopathologies such as anxiety and mood disorders, disabilities and personality disorders.
