Her professional background includes roles as Assistant Director, Early Childhood Teacher, Educational Leader, and Inclusion Support Officer, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse developmental and behavioural needs. Emma holds a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and she maintains a strong interest in psychology to further inform her practice. Her career has been defined by her ability to lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and deliver purposeful support tailored to each individual.
