With 16 years of lived experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people, alongside 8 years of professional experience working in education and care and family support settings, Emma offers both insight and practical expertise. Her professional background includes roles as Assistant Director, Early Childhood Teacher, Educational Leader, and Inclusion Support Officer, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of diverse developmental and behavioural needs. Emma holds a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and she maintains a strong interest in psychology to further inform her practice.
