About Me
Jessica is a Proficient Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and member of the Report Reviewing Team at ORS Group. She began her career with ORS in a client-facing Positive Behaviour Support role, where she spent two years supporting individuals with diverse support needs across the lifespan. In 2026, she transitioned into the Report Reviewing Team to further develop her clinical knowledge while completing her fourth-year Honours studies in psychology. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is currently completing her Honours year, with plans to pursue a Master’s degree and become a registered psychologist. Before working in Positive Behaviour Support, she worked as a Student Learning Support Officer (SLSO) within high schools, providing one-on-one support to students requiring additional assistance with learning, communication, and classroom engagement. Throughout her work in behaviour support, Jessica has supported individuals with a wide range of presentations, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, acquired brain injuries, trauma backgrounds, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression. She is passionate about person-centred, evidence-based practice and is committed to reducing restrictive practices while promoting quality of life, independence, and meaningful outcomes for participants.
