Jess has recently studied her certificate IV in Youth Work and has a passion to help others is what makes this role perfect for her. Jess' role with ORS is Team Leader in Administration, she is in charge of overseeing our referrals and ensuring they are being actioned in a timely manner, along with any enquiries we receive on a daily basis. She has proven strong leadership skills and provides support and direction to Administration Officers under her supervision. With over 5 years experience in customer service, providing outstanding service to our clients and support coordinators at the first point of contact and maintaining strong relationships.
