Kate is an occupational therapist, working as a workplace rehabilitation consultant with 10 years of experience in the field of occupational rehabilitation. She is focused on increasing individuals' health, facilitating a smooth transition to work, and supporting improved rehabilitation outcomes with a positive impact on a client's return to the workplace post-injury. Kate has experience working with a broad range of clients with physical and psychological injuries, employers, and insurers within but not limited to healthcare, education, justice, and community services industries. She is passionate about working with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, regain independence and engage in all aspects of their pre-injury life roles within the boundaries of the workplace rehabilitation system. Kate particularly enjoys establishing positive relationships with all stakeholders and is approachable enabling a positive rapport with those involved.
