About Me
Kathleen is a member of our Behaviour Support Practitioners team with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Adelaide (Online) and currently studying her Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Advanced. Kathleen’s passion is aiding individuals to improve their quality of life, reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Kathleen’s expertise extends from mental health support work, online crisis support with Lifeline, face-to-face mentoring and behaviour support. Kathleen brings a breadth of experience across a range of disabilities, such as Autism and intellectual disabilities, and understands the importance of individualising behaviour support plans and in-person facilitation. Kathleen’s approach is patient, compassionate, sympathetic and kind. She ensures the individual with a disability remains at the forefront of every step in the behaviour support process.
