Lauren has experience working as an occupational therapist in Scotland and Australia, working across private practices and hospital settings and supporting adults and paediatric participants. Lauren holds a postgraduate degree in occupational therapy, which builds on her qualification in social care practice. Before transitioning into occupational therapy, she gained valuable experience supporting young adults in residential care settings. Lauren is passionate about integrating neuro-affirming practices and using sensory-based approaches within her therapy, whereby she supports her participants in better regulating, engaging, and participating in meaningful activities. She is a driven and compassionate occupational therapist committed to actively involving her clients in skill development and supporting them in achieving their goals.
