Manuel is a practicing mental health counselor who has worked with and developed counseling school programs, for various high schools and different colleges. He also has experience working in the corporate setting, with the role focusing on employee well-being and workplace wellness. He also has a private counseling practice, that enables him to help various individuals with mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety, suicidal ideation, depressive symptoms, and relational problems. He is driven by the ambition of providing mental health care to individuals experiencing various challenges. He finds fulfillment in enriching the lives of his clients through the discovery and nurturing of their inner strengths. He believes in the cultivation of healthy attachments and support, aa the basis of the most effective and potent form of help. Manuel has a passion for research and writing, and has an active mental health podcast, with discussions about mental health, wellness, healthy relationships, research, and anything about psychology.
