Mel has over 10 years of experience in employment services. Mel has worked primarily in regional and remote areas of the Wheatbelt and the Great Southern, overseeing the Workforce Australia contract. Mel is a people-oriented leader with a passion for improving her community through employment—empowering individuals to achieve independence and purpose while supporting local businesses to build stronger, more diverse teams. Mel is passionate about creating and launching successful, work-ready programs for clients, upskilling people with disabilities, and building their confidence.
