Melissa has worked in the Disability sector over 10 years and is tenacious when chasing solutions to ensure that each ORS location functions and operates at a very high standard. This is due to the high standards that ORS has set to ensure that all staff can work in a safe and fun workplace. Her ability to work with a diverse and varied range of property services makes her phenomenal at getting the task done. Melissa demonstrates strong negotiation skills which is paramount in dealings with property. There is no task too big that Melissa won't tackle head first.
