Monica holds a Master's in social work from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from India. She has close to three years of experience as a case manager and disability support worker, and she completed 1000 hours of placement during her master's program, where she supported clients with diverse needs across various age groups. Monica is passionate about person-centred care and a strength-based approach. She specialises in working with individuals with complex disabilities, creating tailored care plans which is aimed in improving their quality of lives. Monica believes in the power of individualised support to help clients achieve their personal goals.
