About Me
Monica is a registered psychometrician and psychologist. She has worked in the educational sector for over a decade, delivering psychological assessments, counselling and therapy, mentoring, training and workshop, and academic research. Throughout her range of roles she has managed departmental units providing psychological programs and services to students across the primary to university levels. Her academic and professional experience has given her a strong foundation in child and adult development. Monica advocates for the promotion of mental health, particularly a focus on positive psychology. Integrating positive psychology is at a forefront of her practice as she believes in upholding the character strengths of each client. Currently, Monica is an on-call consultant for private psychology clinics and works with a diverse clientele. She also works with psychology practitioners at ORS as a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner, providing support in developing quality reports for clients with disabilities.
