About Me
Nikytta is a Registered Psychologist with experience working in NDIS, private practice and workplace rehabilitation. She has worked with clients across the lifespan, providing both assessment and intervention to individuals with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. She is competent in cognitive, educational, ADHD and autism assessments. Nikytta loves having the ability to help someone. It gives her overwhelming pride and a sense of real accomplishment when she sees her clients achieving the goals they set out to achieve. Nikytta has a passion for neuropsychology and understanding how neurological pathways influence behaviour. Nikytta has researched how the circadian cycles in our eyes can influence melatonin release and sleep behaviour. She has also looked into the effects of blue light on our eyes and how this affects our sleeping patterns. She has had the privilege of publishing an abstract and presenting these findings at a conference for vision sciences.
