About Me
Vivian graduated from UWA with first class honours in Psychology. Since finishing her degree, she has gained valuable experience in providing support to a wide variety of NDIS participants presenting with challenging behaviours. Her experiences include working with individuals extending across the lifespan and with disabilities such as ASD, ADHD, OCD and schizophrenia. Vivian enjoys building a strong rapport and high level of trust with clients to ensure that services are delivered following a person-centred, evidence-based approach. She is passionate about focusing on reinforcing the existing strengths of clients whilst also assisting them to build and develop new skills, with the ultimate goal of improving quality of life.
