Will is a Registered Psychologist and Psychology Clinic Manager working with MindSpot, Medicare, EAP, and NDIS clients at ORS. Will has a Master of Psychology (Professional) and has experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan with diverse psychological presentations. Will has applied intervention in individual and group therapy formats utilising Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and emotion regulation training. Will focuses on building the therapeutic relationship and tailoring person-centred intervention to ensure that clients feels validated, understood, and safe as he believes this to be the necessary foundation to support positive change.
