Meher holds a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science from Deakin University and has extensive experience working with neurodiverse and culturally diverse clients across the lifespan. She has worked in various clinical settings, including private practice, acute hospital environments, aged care facilities, and community health. This broad exposure has equipped Meher with a well-rounded skill set to manage a wide range of nutritional concerns. Meher is particularly passionate about paediatric nutrition, women's health and fertility, oncology, diabetes, and eating disorders, ensuring a holistic and personalised approach to care. Meher is deeply committed to working with individuals with disabilities, emphasising a person-centred approach to promote quality care and inclusivity. By fostering empathy and empowering clients to take control of their nutritional health, she believes in improving not only the quality of life of her clients but also the lives of those who support and care for them. Her dedication to patient-centred care ensures that each client's unique needs are met with compassion and understanding. In addition to her clinical work, Meher is actively involved in research and has a strong interest in advancing the field of dietetics. She has published a systematic review on the effects of omega-3 fatty acid supplementation in reducing period pain, showcasing her commitment to evidence-based practice and her passion for finding practical solutions to improve health outcomes. Meher's research complements her clinical expertise, allowing her to offer innovative, science-backed care to her clients.
