Adeeb is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals and families feel heard, valued, and empowered. With experience supporting people across ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds within the NDIS framework, Adeeb has a particular focus on working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and LGBTQI+ communities, as well as Early Childhood Intervention. Holding a Master of Social Work (Qualifying), Adeeb takes an intersectional, trauma-informed approach, recognising how aspects of identity shape each person's needs. By collaborating with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams, Adeeb develops practical, person-centred strategies that build skills, strengthen relationships, and promote wellbeing and human rights. Adeeb's strengths include empathy, active listening, and a commitment to continuous learning and making meaningful differences.
