Alex has a strong interest in supporting adolescents and adults with disordered eating, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Alex is very proactive and organised and enjoys working with individuals to help them identify and achieve their goals while providing them the tools to become more independent and improve their quality of life.
