Ben has experience providing psychological therapy to individuals with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. His counselling education and skills inform a person-centred approach which is less focused on labels and diagnoses while providing flexible evidence-based therapy to meet clients where they are at. Ben is keenly aware of the impact of trauma and how unfortunately common and pervasive it is in so many people's lives whether they are consciously aware of this or not. He can provide short term symptom management but also strives to identify and manage underlying psychological issues causing said symptoms.
