About Me
Cade has a passion for psychology, completing his Bachelor of Psychology degree and working in disability support before joining ORS. Cade has experience working from a person-centred approach to implementation and has enjoyed working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds to support them in achieving their goals. After working in disability support, Cade has seen firsthand the benefits that a wide support network can have for any individual in working toward achieving their goals. He believes in the positive impact of quality intervention when utilising expertise from various psychological disciplines. Cade has a particular passion for improving and expanding the relationships in a person’s life, believing that positive relationships play an integral role in maintaining and improving a person’s quality of life.
