About Me
Debora is a Registered Psychologist with over 12 years of national and international experience. She provides empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental psychological support. Since 2019, Debora has been working with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), supporting individuals across the lifespan. She is passionate about working with children and families, helping them to navigate mental health challenges. With adults, Debora has a special interest in addressing anxiety, autism, and ADHD. Debora prioritises building strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring that her clients feel safe and understood, as she believes that therapy can significantly improve their well-being and quality of life. She has a keen interest in various therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
