Ella has worked in the Employment Services industry for 8 years before moving to NDIS. Ella has over 5 years of management experience in Disability Employment Services. She is passionate about providing exceptional customer service both to staff and external stakeholders. She has created a reputation for maintaining an infectious, positive attitude whilst empowering and developing staff. Ella believes creating positive team morale in the workplace results in staff satisfaction and high-quality work. She enjoys supporting her team and seeing them succeed in their roles.
