Harry holds a Certificate IV in Employment Services and a Diploma of Frontline Management, which underpin his practical experience with strong industry knowledge and leadership capability. Throughout the years, he has worked closely with a diverse range of participants, providing tailored support in job readiness, resume development, interview preparation, and workplace adjustment strategies. Beyond job placement, Harry is passionate about fostering sustainable employment outcomes through ongoing post-placement support, employer engagement, and advocacy for inclusive workplace practices. His work is guided by a deep understanding of the barriers faced by individuals living with mental illness, and he is committed to breaking down stigma while promoting equity and opportunity in the workplace.
