Kate is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist and Rehabilitation Consultant at ORS, committed to supporting individual growth and wellbeing through evidence-based practice. She values each person’s unique journey and feels privileged to accompany clients on their paths towards development and positive change. With a background in vocational counselling and mindfulness, Kate brings empathy, compassion, and curiosity to her therapeutic work. She is developing a deeper interest in trauma-informed care to enhance further her capacity to support clients effectively. Having lived in India for ten years, combined with her yoga background and experience with Inclusive Employment Australia, Kate offers a culturally sensitive and globally informed perspective. This diverse experience enables her to help clients cultivate insight, resilience, and lasting well-being.
