Kate has over ten years of experience working in an Early Childhood setting and recently completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University. Throughout her Social Work degree, she completed placements at Government and Non-Government mental health services in the community. Kate has a passion for using person-centred approaches in her role as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Kate is dedicated to providing opportunities for people to create positive changes in their lives free from discrimination or restricted access. Kate is committed to continuing her education while at ORS by attending training and reading relevant journal articles and books on Positive Behaviour Support.
