Kylie is a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner and Early Childhood Support Practitioner with more than 16 years' experience in the Early Childhood sector. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) from Charles Sturt University and has undertaken a variety of management and leadership roles throughout her career. Kylie is committed to person-centred practice, placing children and families at the centre of planning and intervention. She is motivated by the positive and lasting impact that evidence-informed interventions can have on the lives of her clients and their families. Kylie places a high value on collaborative stakeholder engagement, working closely with families, education support, allied health professionals and community services to develop cohesive, practical support plans and ensure consistent implementation across settings.
