Marlene has completed a Bachelor of Psychology and Counselling with a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Through integrating both counselling and psychological techniques, her focus is on support, understanding, communication and the therapeutic relationship. A change in career and experience in working with the public, Marlene listens with genuine concern and empathy, recognising one's personal potential, goals and objectives whilst encouraging motivation collaboratively. Recognising the importance of the individual in their environment, enables and enhances this collaborative and holistic approach, whist utilising evidence-based therapy tailored for the individual.
