About Me
Natalie is an experienced Special Educator and Board Certified Behaviour, Analyst. She has had extensive experience both locally and internationally in Australia, Switzerland and Vietnam working with children and young people with disabilities. Natalie is highly skilled at conducting functional behaviour assessments and implementing skill-based interventions. She believes in a holistic approach towards interventions which value individual and family choice and preferences, with a strong focus on developing self-advocacy skills. Natalie has experience working within and leading multidisciplinary teams. She is well versed in behaviour analytic concepts and positive behaviour supports including reinforcement, prompting, task analysis and antecedent interventions. Natalie is passionate about disseminating the science of behaviour analysis and creating lifelong, positive change for her clients.
