Sri Nikhila "Nikhila" has graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University. She has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders as a therapy assistant. Nikhila is particularly passionate about working with people in mental health settings and improving clients' self-esteem and confidence to enable them to achieve their ambitions and reach a higher quality of life. Nikhila also volunteers with Lifeline to become a crisis supporter. She is committed to working hard and deliver a safe and inclusive environment filled with empathy, compassion and respect.
