Her background as a disability support worker has further strengthened her problem-solving skills in dynamic, day-to-day situations. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Certificate in Business Administration, and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism, reflecting her broad expertise and commitment to continuous learning. Nikolina was drawn to the study of psychology by her desire to help others and her curiosity about the complexities of human behaviour, both at the individual and societal levels. Throughout her academic journey, she found herself fascinated by the mechanism of human learning and habit formation. She experimented with exercise habit implementation, exploring the factors influencing motivation and behaviour change. Additionally, Nikolina was also interested in the role of gender perspectives in psychological research, particularly with how ADHD symptoms manifested differently in women compared to men.
