Paul is an experienced social enterprise founder and disability employment specialist with an Honours degree in psychology. With over a decade of leadership experience in retail, including a role as national sales manager at World Vision Australia, he is passionate about empowering individuals, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum and from refugee and asylum seeker communities. Since entering the disability employment sector in 2021, Paul has dedicated his work to helping individuals access meaningful employment, suitable housing, transportation, and essential services. He cannot envision leaving this industry for the rest of his professional career, as his work is driven by a deep commitment to social equity and successful integration within Australian communities. Paul began his career in the disability employment sector in 2021, encouraged by a friend who recognised that this role aligned closely with his personal interests and recreational activities. For over 20 years, he has volunteered in communities that include many refugees and asylum seekers. He assists individuals in securing employment, finding appropriate housing, accessing transportation, and navigating the complexities of settling into their new lives in Australia.
