About Me
Shelby is a Learning and Development Manager and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with ten years of clinical experience supporting people with disabilities. Her expertise lies in teaching functional and social communication, emotion regulation, adaptive self-help skills, and leisure skills to replace behaviours that impact quality of life. Shelby has worked with participants of all ages, particularly children, adolescents, and young people. She is passionate about building the capacity of those who implement the Behaviour Support Plan across all settings and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Shelby designs function-based interventions that utilise evidence-based practices and data-driven decisions.
