Shianne is a Senior Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioner with 8 years’ experience of working in the disability sector. Shianne is passionate about enriching the lives of individuals living with a disability. Shianne has experience supporting people across the lifespan with an Intellectual Disability, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD). Shianne has completed a Bachelor of Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW). Shianne is a strong believer in contextualising an individual’s behaviour in their current developmental stage and cognitive capacity. Shianne is a firm believer in a client centred approach and aims to ensure that each individual feels seen, heard, and validated.
